Terms & Conditions — Vibe Room Aesthetic

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using viberoomaesthetic.store (the "Site") or placing an order. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Vibe Room Aesthetic ("we," "us," "our") operates this online store, offering home decor and aesthetic room products. We are based in Romania and ship worldwide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order is placed, and will notify you before charging a corrected amount.
  • Prices are listed in LEI and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include potential import duties for international orders (see Section 6).
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g. in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability).
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Order confirmation via email does not guarantee product availability; we will notify you if an item cannot be fulfilled and issue a refund for that item.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Please review the following carefully:

5.1 Processing & Delivery Times Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped via our fulfillment partners. Delivery typically takes an additional 7–15 business days depending on your location and the product's shipping origin, for a total estimated delivery time of 9–20 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. In periods of high order volume or supplier delay, we will notify you by email of any significant delay.

5.2 Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Please contact us immediately at anomix550@gmail.com if you notice an error. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

5.3 Undeliverable Orders Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping fee to cover additional postage.

5.4 Lost or Stolen Packages If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier. In some cases we may recommend filing a report with local authorities or the delivery carrier.

5.5 Import Duties & Taxes Depending on your country and the shipping method used, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost shown at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering internationally, particularly for shipments to the United States, where duty-free thresholds for low-value imports no longer apply as of 2025.

5.6 Out-of-Stock Items If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with the option to wait for restock, swap for a similar item, or receive a refund for that item.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without needing to give a reason.

6.2 Global Return Policy For consistency and fairness, we extend this same 14-day return window to all customers worldwide, regardless of destination.

6.3 Return Conditions

  • Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
  • To start a return, contact us at anomix550@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover return shipping or arrange a replacement.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [X] business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24h of being placed, provided they have not yet entered processing. Contact us immediately at anomix550@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions — is the property of Vibe Room Aesthetic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site's systems
  • Submit false or fraudulent orders
  • Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or infringing content through any interactive features of the Site

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion in cases of suspected misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Room Aesthetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to shipping delays, third-party carrier issues, or product misuse. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only use your data to process orders, provide customer support, and improve our services, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are an EU consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the law of your country of residence. Any disputes not resolved directly with us may be submitted to the relevant consumer authority or court with jurisdiction, or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
